I’m Kirsty, founder of Kirsty Nicole Virtual Assistant. I provide practical, flexible support to small businesses that need an extra pair of capable hands — without necessarily needing (or wanting) a full-time member of staff.
My support can include day-to-day admin and organisation, research, document creation, project support and those miscellaneous tasks that have been sitting on your to-do list for far too long.

Before running Kirsty Nicole VA, my career took me through law, education and apprenticeship support. I’ve managed my own legal department, supported people through complex programmes and worked in roles where organisation, communication, attention to detail and getting things done really mattered.
It’s an unusual career path, but it has given me a pretty useful combination of skills. I’m comfortable getting to grips with new information, bringing order to something that feels messy, communicating with different people and working out what needs to happen next. And I believe outsourcing should be flexible. You might need a regular helping hand each month. You might have one project you simply don’t have time to finish. Or you might just need an hour with someone who can help you work through something that’s been keeping you stuck. That’s why Kirsty Nicole VA offers several ways to work together, from one-off Power Hours and project support to ongoing monthly support.
